Terms of Service
- Acceptance of Terms
By using or accessing the website or services of CondoDR.com (hereinafter referred to as “Company”), you agree to be bound by these terms of service (the “Terms of Service”). If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the website or services.
- Description of Services
Company provides a condominium document review service (the “Service”). The Service is a review of the condominium documents of a condominium complex, including the declaration of trust, bylaws, rules and regulations, and financial statements. The Service is designed to identify any potential problems with the condominium documents or the condominium complex itself.
- Use of the Service
To use the Service, you must complete an order and provide the Company with certain information, including your name, email address, and the condominium complex that you would like reviewed. Company will then review the condominium documents and provide you with a report of its findings.
- Fees
Company charges a fee for the Service. The fee will vary depending on the complexity of the condominium documents and the condominium complex itself. Company will provide you with a quote for the Service before you begin using the Service, beyond our standard pricing described in our Order page, which may be subject to change at the Company’s sole discretion.
- Disclaimer
The Service is not a substitute for legal advice. Company is not a lawyer and cannot provide you with legal advice. If you have any questions about your condominium documents or the condominium complex itself, you should consult with a lawyer.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.
- Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada.
- Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the province of British Columbia, Canada.
- Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Company with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
- Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms of Service and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Waiver
No waiver of any provision of these Terms of Service shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
- Headings
The headings in these Terms of Service are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation.
- Time
Time is of the essence in these Terms of Service.
- Binding Effect
These Terms of Service shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, personal representatives, successors, and assigns.
